Solar wind parameters, as measured by the DSCOVR spacecraft, exhibited background, ambient-like conditions in the IMF. Total field was primarily 2-5 nT, and the Bz component was near neutral - ranging +/- 2 nT. Solar wind speeds gradually declined from near 400 km/s to lows near 340 km/s. Phi was predominantly positive. There is a 40% chance of solar activity, with a 10% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.
