Solar Activity
Solar activity was at low levels. Only low-level C-class X-ray activity was observed. Region 4127 (S19W22, Dac/beta) was the most complex on the visible disk and exhibited growth over the past 24 hours. In the remaining seven numbered, spotted, active regions, only minor changes were observed.
Solar Wind
Solar wind parameters reflected weak CME influence. Total field increased to mostly between 10-15 nT. The Bz component briefly reached as far south as -13 nT. Solar wind speeds ranged from 326-411 km/s. Phi angle was variable, but settled into a mostly negative sector after 03/1150 UTC.
Energetic Particle
The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels.
