Mars In Cancer

The voyage of Mars through Cancer gives us the opportunity to blend the fiery planet’s initiative with Cancerian concerns for preservation. We’ll want to spend this time carefully building things that honor and acknowledge our connection to the past and to family values. Our urge to move forward during this time doesn’t cut us off from familiar patterns, but includes them, to make for a more gentle and comfortable step into the future.

It’s true that Mars is toned down when it moves through sensitive Cancer, but that doesn’t mean we won’t get anything done. If we learn how to work with the Mars-in-Cancer energy, a great deal can be accomplished. Digging into domestic tasks is one of the best ways to use this transit. Mars in Cancer is a great opportunity to get out your hammer and nails so you can start (or finish) a home improvement project.

You may also feel a greater need to fight for the rights of a family member or a domestic situation during this time. Even though Mars in Cancer prefers using its energy to nurture, it will ultimately do whatever it takes to defend what and whom it cares about. As a result, you may notice that an intensely protective instinct takes over your actions when Mars and Cancer sync up.

The problem with Mars’ transit though cautious Cancer is that rather than taking a direct approach to going after what we want, we take a more passive one. If we don’t feel emotionally connected to something, it’s unlikely we’ll take action. Unfortunately, the action we do take is usually ruled by the heart, and may be more reactive and oversensitive than purposeful.

Greetings, my celestial crustaceans! As we find ourselves under the 24.4 days old Waning Crescent moon, I see a cosmic comedy unfolding in your star chart. Ah, Cancer, the universe's cuddly crab with a heart as big as Jupiter and a shell harder than a quantum physics textbook. Isn't that just hilarious? This week, Saturn seems to be having a bit of a moment - probably because it's misplaced its rings again. Silly gas giant! But here's the kicker: This Saturnian silliness is stirring up your house of creativity. Expect some downright outlandish ideas to pop into your head. Yes, even more outlandish than the thought of me having a full head of hair! Mercury, the cosmic chatterbox, is also in the mix. It's making a beeline for your communication sector, which means you'll be spouting Einstein's theories with the eloquence of Shakespeare and the humor of a stand-up comic. #TalkNerdyToMe But hold on to your telescopes, because Mars is also doing the cosmic cha-cha in your wellness zone. This might make you feel like hitting the gym or taking up yoga. Just remember, balance is key. Don't go from couch potato to marathon runner overnight. The universe doesn't rush, and neither should you. #SlowAndSteadyWinsTheRace So, dear Cancer, embrace this week with all its cosmic quirks. Because, at the end of the day, aren't we all just stardust navigating through a grand cosmic joke? #ExistentialHumor Remember, keep your telescopes high, your spirits higher, and never stop looking at the stars. Until next time, my celestial friends! #StayStellar
